Cambodia army officers get doctorate degrees

degrees to senior officials of the Royal Cambodian Army (RCA) in the
Central Highlands city of Da Lat, Lam Dong province.
The Vietnam National Military Academy on July 11 awarded doctorate degrees to senior officials of the Royal Cambodian Army (RCA) in the Central Highlands city of Da Lat, Lam Dong province.
The awardees were Gen. Chea Sa Ron, Deputy Commander and Infantry Chief of Staff, Gen. Prum Pheng, Infantry Vice Chief of Staff, and Col. Nim Ba Leng, Assistant of Infantry Command, who successfully fulfilled courses during the 2008 – 2012 academic year.
Since 2001, hundreds of Cambodian army officers and commanders have graduated from the Vietnam National Military Academy. Of them, seven were honoured with doctorate degrees and 46 obtained master’s degrees.
The training programme is set under the agreement between RCA and the Vietnam People’s Army.-VNA
