Cambodia: Deputy PM Ben Chhin named as acting Cabinet Minister
Cambodian PM Hun Sen on March 16 appointed one of his deputies, Ben Chhin, as the acting senior minister in charge of the Council of Ministers, after the previous incumbent Sok An passed away.
