Cambodia ’s news agency AKP quoted NEC Chairman Im Soursdey as saying that the programme, which begins from now to September 2013, will provide free-of-charge mobile phone calls.
He added that by dialing 1285, people will have access to information on the 5 th legislative elections scheduled to be held on July 28, 2013.
Through this programme, NEC will launch five other hotlines in June to help people in searching their names on the voter list and in getting other information related to the elections, he said.-VNA
