The visit is made at the invitation of Vietnamese National Assembly Chairman Nguyen Sinh Hung.
Heng Samrin is accompanied by a number of high-ranking Cambodian officials including Deputy Prime Minister and Chair of the Cambodia-Vietnam Friendship Parliamentarians Group Men Sam An, National Assembly Secretary General Leng Peng Long and Cambodian Ambassador to Vietnam Hul Phanny.-VNA
