The agro-forestry-fishery sector is expected to enjoy the highest rise of 21.6 percent, followed by the industrial-construction sector with 9.2 percent and services with 6.9 percent.
Other fields such as social investment, budget collection, retail sales and credit debts have also showed positive signs.
In the coming time, the city will tighten administrative rules and strengthen state management on several areas, including land, the environment, social order and food safety./.
