Trading volume picked up modestly to 45.5 million shares, generating a turnover of 1.5 trillion VND (78.9 million USD). Ocean Group (OGC) was the most-active share of the session, responsible for 2.9 million trades and reaching its ceiling price on an increase of 4.96 percent.
Dong Hai Co (DHC), Cu Chi Commercial and Industrial Investment Development (CCI) and Idico Urban and House Investment Development (UIC) also performed strongly.
On the Hanoi Stock Exchange on June 14, the HNX-Index also closed up by 0.97 percent, ending the day at 159.76. The value of trades returned to the 1 trillion VND level (about 55 million USD) on a volume of 33.4 million shares.
