Carnival marks 20 years since Hanoi was named ‘City for Peace’
Thousands of locals and visitors joined a grand ceremony and a lively street carnival on July 13 to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the city’s recognition as ‘City for Peace’ by UNESCO.
