The corporation, operating under the Enterprise Law, is a one-member limited liability company with a charter capital of 4.5 trillion VND (250 million USD) owned by the EVN.
With 34 company members and 10,500 employees, EVNCPC involves in production and trading of electricity and electrical equipment, as well as telecom and information technology services.
It also involves in investment, bid management, construction and operation of power grid projects and small and medium power plants./.
