The central province of Quang Ngai broke ground on March 20 for the construction of a multi-purpose marine tourist site at a cost of 400 billion VND (21.2 million USD).

The project will offer services in convalescence, swimming, surfing, boating, entertainments, shopping, gymnasiums and accommodations for between 500 and 700 clients a day and night.

Once completed in late 2012, the project is expected to provide stable jobs for over 800 local work-hands./.
