In his message, Minister Yang Jiechi expressed his belief that under the leadership of the Vietnamese government, the people of the storm-hit areas will soon recover from the tragedy and return to a stable life.
Chinese ambassador to Vietnam Sun Guoxiang on October 5 handed over 5,000 USD as relief aid to Vietnamese Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Ho Xuan Son to support the storm victims. The money was donated by the Chinese Embassy staff in Hanoi./.
