A delegation of 20 Chinese travel agencies has visited the central coastal province of Khanh Hoa to survey tourism offerings and design tours for Chinese visitors.

The province’s tourism authorities introduced the guests to a number of popular tourism sites and unique products, including mud baths, diving services, and tours around Nha Trang Bay.

According to Director of the Khanh Hoa Tourism Promotion Information Centre Luyen Manh Cuong, average Chinese tourism in Khanh Hoa often includes four to five-day stays at luxury hotels.

Since mid-January, the province has received chartered flights from the Chinese Sichuan Airlines twice a week.

Beginning in April, there will be three nonstop Guangzhou-Cam Ranh flights per week offered by China Southern Airlines.

In 2014, Khanh Hoa welcomed about 33,000 Chinese visitors, up 18 percent from to the previous year.
This year, the province targets to receive 4 million visitors, including 1 million foreign tourists.-VNA
