The China-based Texhong Textile Group, one of the world's largest suppliers of cotton fabrics, has officially invested 300 million USD in a new yarn plant in the northern province of Quang Ninh.
The new plant will produce cotton core-spun yarns on a 30ha area in the Hai Yen Industrial Zone. It will have a capacity of 200,000 spindles and use imported cotton fibre.-VNA
