At a conference summing up the project in Hanoi on January 17, delegates agreed that the initiative helped to raise people’s awareness of health and environment protection, provided them with clean water and improved their waste treatment.
The project coordinated with the local associations for women and war veterans to hold training courses on successfully planting organic vegetables and mushrooms.
Activities to popularise knowledge on environmental protection and climate change were also organised through drawing competitions.-VNA
