Three talented musicians from across the globe will entertain a capital city audience tonight when they hit the stage for the H-Artistry concert.

The young artists include R&B star Alexandra Burke from the UK, David Cook, a rock singer from the US, and singer/song-writer Thanh Bui representing the contemporary music of Vietnam.

"The H-Artistry concert aims to introduce world music to Vietnamese audiences," said Benny Ng, representative of the concert's organisation board. It is a mix of various music genres and a blend of top talents and emerging artists from all over the world, he said.

Cook has studied music since the age of 12 and founded his first band at age 15. He is well-known as a rock singer-songwriter who attracts audiences with his diversity of performing styles and musical compositions.

In 2008, he won the seventh season of American Idol and rewrote chart history with a record-breaking 14 debut hits on Billboard's Digital Songs chart. His platinum debut album in November 2008 ranked No 3 on the Billboard album chart.

Cook will perform the songs which boosted him to the top and a selection of songs from his latest album This Loud Morning.

R&B diva Burke was born in London in 1988 and her talent for singing emerged in childhood. She enchanted 13 million viewers in the music competition The X-Factor in 2008.

Since a duet with her idol Beyonce on The X-Factor 2008 stage she has arisen as a blossoming new star.

With disco number Bad Boys, Burke has made a name for herself as a performer ready for the world stage.

In recent years, Thanh Bui has become a favourite name among young music lovers in Vietnam . Born in 1983 in Adelaide , South Australia to an Australian family of Vietnamese origin, Thanh Bui revealed his musical talent and began to sing in the children's choir. He also learned to play the piano, dance and act.

Thanh Bui is a popular name in Southeast Asia 's music community and is featured on many regional music charts. In 2010, his name became more well-known to Vietnamese audiences with the song Lang Tham Mot Tinh Yeu featuring Ho Ngoc Ha. He composed the song which is included on the soundtrack for the movie De Mai Tinh.

The H-Artistry concert will start on June 16 at 8pm at the Quan Ngua Gymnasium on Van Cao street , Hanoi. /.
