Condolences over Indian earthquake

The 6.9 magnitude quake on Sept. 18 killed over 50 people and injured hundreds of others.

The same day, Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh also sent a message of sympathy to Indian Foreign Minister S. M. Krishna./.
