Condolences to US over former President George H.W. Bush’s death
General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee and President Nguyen Phu Trong on December 5 sent a message of condolences to US President Donald Trump over the passing of former President George H.W. Bush.

Bush.
The same day, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh cabled his sympathy to the 43rd US President George W. Bush, son of former President George H.W. Bush.
On December 4, Permanent Deputy Foreign Minister Bui Thanh Son signed the condolence book in commemoration of the US’s 41st President at the US Embassy in Hanoi.
George H.W.Bush died at his house in Houston on November 30 at the age of 94.-VNA
