Hanoi (VNA) – Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh sent congratulations to the new Prime Minister of the Netherlands, Dick Schoof, on July 9.

The same day, Minister of Foreign Affairs Bui Thanh Son also extended congratulations to the new Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands, Caspar Veldkamp./.
