Congratulations to newly-elected Pakistani President

President Tran Dai Quang on September 10 sent a message of congratulations to Arifur Rehman Alvi on his election as President of Pakistan.

Hanoi (VNA) – President Tran Dai Quang on September 10 sent amessage of congratulations to Arifur Rehman Alvi on his election as Presidentof Pakistan.

Vietnam andPakistan have worked to set out initiatives and practical, flexible measures toreach the target of 1 billion USD in bilateral trade by 2020.

The two countries also agreed to increase the exchange ofbusiness delegations to optimise investment and business opportunities.

Pakistan is the biggest importer of Vietnamese tea. Theexport value earned from this market accounted for 32.1 percent of Vietnam’stea exports, or 29.9 million USD, in the first half of this year. –VNA
