The seven-kilometre-long road starts from Nguyen Huy Chuong street and ends at Minh Mang street .
T he selection of the road, lying between the Hoang Sa (Paracels) and Truong Sa (Spratly) roads, to be named after the General who died in October manifests the trust on Vietnam’s undeniable sovereignty over the two archipelagos and gratitude to the former Commander-in-Chief of the Vietnam People’s Army who always fought for the sovereignty.-VNA
