Đại Lãnh lighthouse holds a very important role in directing ships traveling through the area.

The lighthouse attracts visitors not only by its special position but also by the cool and green environment around it.

To come to the Đại Lãnh lighthouse, tourists have to travel along a seaside road with a length of nearly 30km. The road leads from Tuy Hòa city to the Cả pass and it has clean and fresh air. But in the morning and late afternoon, strong winds might appear on the road. Tourists need to be aware of that so they can have a safe trip.

From the parking area, tourists have to walk for about 1km to get to the lighthouse. The road to the lighthouse is beautiful, surrounded by high cliffs that lead to the sea's surface. People can see white head waves slamming to the cliffs and hear the sound of them all the time.

They can stop on the way to the lighthouse to breathe the air of the sea and enjoy the scenery

After nearly 130 years, the lighthouse has become a witness to the history of Vũng Rô Bay. It continues its role as "the eyes of the sea" that help ships get to their destination safely. And with those meanings, the lighthouse is a must-visited destination for tourists of Phú Yên province.
