In recent years, bee breeding has developed strongly in the province. Most households own 200-400 bee hives each and sovre up to 800. Dak Lak Honey Company has produced more than 8,000 tonnes of honey and exported 1,500 tonnes since early January.
The province’s honey products have been shipped to the US, Japan, Canada and the RoK, among other countries. The US buy 90 percent of Dak Lak honey exports./.
