A direct flight of Vietnam Airlines from the Charles De Gaulle Airport in France landed at Noi Bai Airport in Hanoi at around 7:00 am, according to Lien.
Earlier on July 20, Professor Pham Gia Khai from the board of health care for central-level officials told Vietnam News Agency reporters that Minister Thanh suffered wounds during wartime.
In late June, the board performed an endoscopy on the minister but found no unusual signs, said Khai.
When the minister had a working visit in France, the board provided additional health information and worked with French doctors to reach a correct diagnosis and specific treatment plan, he added.-VNA
