Vietnam and Bangladesh should boost bilateral ties in all fields, especially in agriculture, culture, education, healthcare and tourism, said Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Sinh Hung.
Deputy PM Hung made the call while receiving visiting Bangladeshi Foreign Minister Dipu Moni in Hanoi on July 23.
The Deputy PM also said the two countries need to boost cooperation in coping with climate change as they are among the five countries hardest hit by climate change.
The Bangladeshi FM shared the same views with Deputy PM Hung and stated that Bangladesh wants to learn from Vietnam ’s experiences in foreign investment attraction.
She expressed her wish that the two sides would create favourable for their citizens in visa exemption and for their businesses to increase two-way trade turnover to meet the two countries’ potential./.
