According to the Republic of Korea ’s Choson Sinbo Press onFebruary 7, Choi Song-ik, vice chairman of the central committee of theRed Cross of the DPRK told the press last weekend that the DPRK waswilling to start a reunion of the families and relatives beginning thisspring.
 
He said the move is considered part of efforts to stabilise the North-South humanitarian cooperation relation./.
