electricity problem on March 28, according to the project management

So far, the refinery has received over 3 million tonnes of crude oil from the Bach Ho (White Tiger) oil field, offshore the southern province of Ba Ria-Vung Tau , and turned out over 2.9 million tonnes of products, with 2.5 million tonnes having been marketed./.
