According to the plan, all local residents will receive health check-ups in five phases. The first phase, held on July 19, serves approximately 1,200 priority individuals, including the elderly, policy beneficiaries, and poor households. As part of the “National Health Care Journey 2025” programme, the Party Committee and People's Committee of Minh Chau commune – the sole islet commune in Hanoi capital city - partnered with relevant units to provide free health check-ups and treatment to thousands of residents on July 19.
