protection in 2009 at a ceremony held in Hanoi on Oct. 25.
These enterprises were honoured for their strict observance to regulations on environmental protection, and active contributions to the localities’ environmental protection movements. Many of them have put on the market environment-friendly products using clean technologies and energy-saving solutions.
Some of these enterprises are Ho Chi Minh City-based Minh Tam Medical Production and Trading Ltd. Co, which applies advanced US water treatment technology, and the Can Tho city-based Hoang Thang Plastics Company, which manufactures environment-friendly farming machines./.
