The Abu Dhabi-based airline said the service to Ho Chi Minh City is meant to meet the growing demand from Vietnam 's rapidly expanding economy and will support the country's increasing commercial ties with the United Arab Emirates , especially Abu Dhabi .
It will be Etihad's sixth destination in the region where it also flies to Bangkok , Jakarta , Kuala Lumpur , Manila and Singapore.-VNA
