The European Chamber of Commerce (EuroCham) in Vietnam has prepared for the launch of Green-Biz 2013 – European green business solutions for Vietnam, scheduled for September 19-20.
Green-Biz 2013 will focus on key sectors of green production and consumption with a spotlight on food and health, and resource management focusing on energy and waste-treatment, and green education and green mindset.
EuroCham Chairman Preben Hjortlund said Green-Biz 2013 will demonstrate the possibility of carrying out green business solutions and effective management together.
According to the Department of Science and Technology under the Ministry of Industry and Trade (MoIT), through the past events, Green-Biz attracted special attention of ministries, branches, businessmen and communications.
MoIT hoped that the event will bring more investment, business and information exchange opportunities between Vietnamese and European businesses.
The Green-Biz 2013 Expo will feature thematic zones, thus companies exhibiting at the show can target their buyer groups. The exhibit categories include energy efficiency and energy generally, green building, waste management and recycling, sustainable production and consumption and green transportation.-VNA
