Exhibition on Vietnamese zodiac to welcome Tet
An exhibition themed “My zodiac- prosperous pig”, featuring thousands of works by historian Duong Trung Quoc and his friends is taking place in Hanoi to welcome the Lunar New Year – the year of pig.
An exhibition themed “My zodiac- prosperous pig”, featuring thousands of works by historian Duong Trung Quoc and his friends is taking place in Hanoi to welcome the Lunar New Year – the year of pig.
On display are nearly 2,000 products selected from more than 6000 pig-themed artworks from the collections of historian Duong Trung Quoc.
The exhibition is categorised into different topics, including pigs in Vietnamese culture, pigs in the world and pig-shaped items. The event helps to spread the inspiration with pigs- a zodiac in Vietnamese culture which represents being hardworking and prosperity.
The event is open to public until February 19 at Vietnamese Women’s Museum, 36 Ly Thuong Kiet, Hanoi.-VNA
