20 best painters in the country.
The event, the first of its kind, will be organised by the Department of Exhibition Photography and Fine Arts under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
Twenty most outstanding figures in the field will be selected based on the sales of their paintings and art quality, according to the organising board.
The event is scheduled to take place at the Vietnam National Fine Arts Museum, 66 Nguyen Thai Hoc Street, Ba Dinh district./.
