More than 200 leading businesses from 20 countries and territories are
participating in the Vietnam Water and Wastewater Industry Show 2010,
which opened in Ho Chi Minh City on Nov. 10.

On display is a wide range of the latest products and advanced technologies used in water supply, drainage, environmental sanitation, water filtering and industrial wastewater treatment.
Companies from the Netherlands , the Republic of Korea , Taiwan and Singapore also brought technological solutions and environmentally-friendly inventions to the three-day expo.
Vietnam ’s Deputy Minister of Construction Cao Dai Quan said the show is a valuable chance for local water supply and drainage firms to get access to the world’s latest technologies and boost cooperation with foreign partners to improve people’s living conditions.
On the sidelines of the exhibition, there will be a seminar focusing on water supply, management and supervision, ways to prevent the waste of water, wastewater treatment, and the quality and safety of water./.
