Vietnamese cyclist Nguyen Thi That has been invited to participate in a training course at the World Cycling Centre in Aigle city in Switzerland.
Vietnam’s top female rider will train for a month from June 16 and all her expenses are covered by the International Cycling Federation (UCI).
The course is one of the UCI’s programmes to encourage the development of cycling in all over the world.
That caught attention from the UCI after she made history for Vietnamese cycling by winning a silver medal at the Asian Games in Incheon, the Republic of Korea, in 2014.-VNA
