Two fire trucks and 30 firefighters were deployed to the scene, taking 20 minutes to put out the fire.
Firefighters found two unconscious foreigners, who were hospitalised, and the body of a female on the first floor.
Initial investigations show eight foreigners were registered at the property when the fire broke out.
The hotel has been cordoned off while an investigation takes place.-VNA
