The Vietnamese Film Institute (VFI) opened a digital video library in Hanoi on March 16.

The library, which is the result of a cooperative effort between the VFI and the French Media Institute, houses 100 digitalised Vietnamese cinematic works from various genres including feature films, documentaries and cartoons.
Viewers may borrow the films for personal enjoyment for free during the next six months until library cards are issued./.
