-Property developer FLC Group will organise a large-scale roadshow andseminar in the Republic of Korea (RoK).

The November 20 event is aimed at informing participants about investmentopportunities in the hospitality real estate sector as Vietnam hasbeen named Asia-Pacific’s premier golf tourism destination 2017.

The roadshow is part of a series of events to advertise Vietnamese resortproperties and golf courses to foreign countries, as well as to expand FLC’spartners in the RoK.

The event is expected to attract more than 400 investors, financialorganisations, investment funds and estate and tourism firms in Vietnam, theRoK and Asia.

FLC said a seminar would focus on the latest trends in the resort property andgolf course market in Vietnam. In addition, this would be an opportunity forRepublic of Korean suppliers in the areas of tourism, construction and hi-techagriculture to search for cooperation potential with prestigious firms inVietnam.

The event follows the success of FLC’s roadshows and seminarsin Singapore and Japan this year. It would be apre-condition for the group to establish representative offices in foreigncountries.

Transparent business environment appealing to foreign investors

During the first half of 2025, the total registered FDI reached 21.51 billion USD, up 32.6% year-over-year. This includes 9.3 billion USD in new investments, down 9.6%; 8.95 billion USD in additional capital for existing projects, a 2.2-fold increase; and 3.28 billion USD through capital contributions and share purchases, up 73.6%.
