The provincial authority introduced guests with local people and land, potential for economic development, especially 10 projects waiting for investment, and investment promotion policies.
Foreign diplomats agreed that Phu Yen has great potential for strong and sustainable economic development. They agreed to serve as bridges for investors in their countries to seek investment and business opportunities in the province.
UNESCO representative Katherine Muller-Marin expressed her interest in the way Phu Yen develops its economy, but preserving cultural identities and heritages.
Meanwhile, Finnish Ambassador Pekka Hyvonen paid was interested in the province’s ecology, sustainable forest development strategy skilled workers training.
According to Deputy Ambassador of China Zhai Leiming, Phu Yen may be a new attractive destination for Chinese tourists.
On Jan. 31, the delegation will visit cultural relics, landscapes and major economic projects in Phu Yen./.
