Foreign leaders send condolences to flood victims

Earlier on October 20, Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh cabled a message of sympathy to his Vietnamese counterpart over flood losses in Vietnam’s central region.

The Indian Embassy in Hanoi informed that the Indian Government decided to provide 100,000 USD as humanitarian aid for flood-affected areas./.
