Commander of the High Command of Hanoi Capital Maj. Gen. Phi Quoc Tuanon Oct. 27 received a delegation of foreign military attaché.
Maj. Gen. Tuan said he hoped the visit would contribute to strengtheningand promoting relations and mutual understanding between armies andpeople of countries. He also said he wished the delegation would reapfine results during the working visit.
Foreignmilitary attaché expressed their delight at being introduced aboutfunction and mission of the High Command of Hanoi Capital, saying theyhoped the cooperation between the Vietnam People’s Army and armies ofcountries will increasingly develop for peace, independence andprosperity.
Earlier, the delegation paid courtesy callto leaders of the municipal People’s Committee and visited the battalionof commando under the Hanoi Capital High Command./.
