Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Surin Pitsuwan died of a heart attack on November
30 at the age of 68.
Surin, who is Thailand's former foreign minister (1997-2001), died at a Bangkok hospital.
He was the ASEAN Secretary General from 2008-2013.-VNA
