Nearly 200 veteran volunteer soldiers and military specialists from the central city of Da Nang who fought in Laos have gathered to celebrate the 60th anniversary of their Traditional Day (Oct. 30).

The get-together, on Oct 28, organised by Da Nang City’s Liaison Committee for former volunteer soldiers and military specialists in Lower Laos and Northeast Cambodia, also saw representatives from the Lao Consulate and Lao students in the city taking part.
