At the ninth session on July 16-17 chaired by NA Chairman Nguyen Sinh Hung, members of the NA Standing Committee agreed that the third sitting of the 13th NA has been a success with the completion of all set programmes.
The ninth session adopted a draft ordinance on the amendments and supplements to some articles in the Ordinance on preferential treatment to those who made contributions to the revolution.
It also agreed with the Government’s report on a proposal to establish Ba Ria city under the southern coastal province of Ba Ria-Vung Tau and gave opinions on personnel of the State Audit of Vietnam as well as other contents.-VNA
