Schlager, Director of FPT Germany, made important contributions to the of RWE IT Slovakia, a subsidiary of Slovak energy corporation RWE. This was the enterprise's first M&A deal in the international market.
During the next few years, FPT hopes to finish one or two M&A deals each year and acquire IT companies in community infrastructure, telecommunications and banking.-VNA
