Fillon has scheduled talks with PM Dung and meetings with Party General Secretary Nong Duc Manh and President Nguyen Minh Triet later the day.
He will witness the signing of contracts between French and Vietnamese entrepreneurs and attend the closing ceremony of the French-Vietnamese business forum in Hanoi on Nov. 13 before visiting Ho Chi Minh City and central Hue City./.
