Get-together marks DPRK’s 64th founding anniversary
The Vietnam Union of Friendship Organisations and the Vietnam-DPRK Friendship Association co-organised a get-together in Hanoi on September 7 to mark the 64 th founding anniversary of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK).

Speaking at the event, President of the Vietnam-DPRK Friendship Association Pham Tat Dong reviewed the traditional friendship and cooperation between Vietnam and the DPRK.
Friendship and cooperation activities between the two peoples over the past time have helped tighten the Vietnam-DPRK ties, he said.
DPRK Ambassador to Vietnam Kim Chang-Il affirmed that the firm position and will of the Workers’ Party and Government of the DPRK is to consolidate and develop the traditional friendship and cooperation with Vietnam./.
