As planned, a major task for 2015 is simplifying 13 groups of administrative procedures. These include regulations on fishery exports, establishing health care units, college recruitment and post-graduate recruitment, and State employee recruitment.

The PM said the timeline for the implementation of the plan needed to be submitted by the end of January. Proposals on how to simplify regulations needed to be sent to relevant ministries by the end of May.

By the end of the year, all legal documents regarding the simplification of administrative procedures needed to be completed.

Also, the plan required all authority levels to publish administrative procedures on the national database website.

In 2014, the Government carried out aggressive administrative procedure reform in many fields, including tax, customs, land, environment, natural resources and construction.-VNA
