Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong, President Truong Tan Sang, Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung, and National Assembly Chairman Nguyen Sinh Hung exchanged greetings with Chinese Party General Secretary and President Xi Jinping, Premier Li Keqiang, and Chairman of the National People’s Congress Zhang De Jiang.

Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh, who is also Chairman of the Vietnamese Subcommittee of the Steering Committee for Vietnam-China Bilateral Cooperation Committee also exchanged congratulatory messages with State Councilor and Chairman of the Chinese Subcommittee Yang Jiechi and Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi.

On this occasion, the Vietnam-China and China-Vietnam Friendship Associations held a series of banquets and friendly meetings.-VNA
