Representatives of northern Ha Nam province and Republic of Korea’s Yulchon law company signed a Memorandum of Understanding on March 10 to intensify their cooperation in attracting more investment from the country to the province.

Under the document, the company will assist the province in improving the local investment environment, establishing ties with investors from the RoK, and conducting the province’s investment promotion activities in the country.

Yulchon will also provide consultation to RoK investors on potential projects in Ha Nam, popularise the province’s images to the country, and supply investors with legal documents concerning investment activities in the province.

As for Ha Nam, the province pledged to create the best possible conditions for the company in contacting with local authorities to get information on the operation of RoK companies there.

Chairman of the Ha Nam People’s Committee Mai Tien Dung said the MoU once again manifested the province’s determination in facilitating the operation by foreign investors in the locality.-VNA
