Over 100 precious documents and artefacts dating back from the prehistoric age to the 16 th and 17 th centuries have been unveiled in the central province of Ha Tinh , enriching the country’s cultural wealth.

These documents and artefacts were made debut recently following a process of appraisal and evaluation by a panel of scientists from the Ha Tinh Museum in coordination with the provincial department of culture, sports and tourism, the local newspaper Sai gon Giai Phong reported on June 3.

The objects collected during April and May, 2013 in the mountainous district of Huong Khe are classified into various themes featuring historical, archaeological, ethnological and wartime values as well as other traditional handicrafts and porcelain – made documents inscribed with Chinese characters.-VNA
