The northern province of Hai Duong is calling for investment in three projects with a total area of over 114 ha, the provincial People’s Committee has announced.

One of the projects is 998.1-billion-VND (42.91 million USD) Lai Cach urban area, covering 95.88 ha in Lai Cach town and Cam Dong commune in Cam Giang district.
Another project is a new residential area in Tan An and Thanh Khe communes in Thanh Ha district. The project spans more than 9.36 ha, with accumulative investment capital of some 88 billion VND (3.78 million USD).
The third project is an 8.89-ha residential area in Gia Hoa commune, Gia Loc district, which costs about 90.7 billion VND (3.9 million USD)./.
